In each of the three previous editions,we had more than 500 registrations from 30 different countries each time and surpassed 5,000 views of our events. This year our objective is to generate data that will allow us to develop inclusive language models, adapted to the diverse cultures of LATAM and the Iberian Peninsula.
The types of sponsorships are explained below. As soon as we receive your information, we will contact you to fix the details and add your logo to the website.

Types of Sponsorship
1. 🚀 Donation
We accept financial and in-kind donations (e.g., GPU credits, training, books, …).
Donation categories and benefits
- 🥇 Gold, total donation valued at €2000: large logo in first position, maximum visibility on social media, mention in events and possible promotional article, video or talk.
- 🥈 Silver, total donation valued at €1000: medium logo in second position, medium visibility on social media and possible promotional article or video.
- 🥉 Bronze, total donation valued at €500: medium logo in third position and visibility on social media.
What will my sponsorship be used for?
Our hackathon is a free event, thanks to our Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors we can guarantee:
- Cloud computing time
- Prizes for winning teams
- Merchandising and raffles for everyone
- Quality streaming
- Good management of this international online event
Examples of vouchers for prizes and raffles you can sponsor: scholarship for a paid course, access to an educational platform, NLP/AI books, merchandise specifically created for the hackathon, cloud computing time, API credits, mentorships, etc.
2. 📣 Visibility
Visibility sponsorships are of utmost importance as they allow us to reach more people, which is essential for our mission of democratizing NLP in Spanish.
Types of visibility, requirements and benefits
- 🤗 Community, minimum 4 publications: small logo and visibility on social media.
- 🎓 University, minimum 1 publication and 5 participants: small logo and visibility on social media.
- The first publication must be before April 4th.
- The logo will be added to the hackathon website once the first publication is made.
How to give visibility to the hackathon?
- You can use the templates and promotional material that we make available to facilitate your task.
- Publications can be on different platforms: blog, podcast, newsletter, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Important: on social media remember to tag SomosNLP so we get the notification.
- On social media, 1 publication can be exchanged for 2 “quotes” on X or 2 “reposts with your thoughts” on LinkedIn.
- You can publish at different times during the hackathon. For example, to encourage participation in the hackathon (until early April), to attend the talks (during April) and share the hackathon results (in early May).
- We appreciate RT / comments on posts where we mention you.
